To submit content to Avvie and be listed in the directory you must meet the following conditions: The accommodation you want to list is an independent and privately owned Bed and Breakfast, inn, apartment or guesthouse.

Your submission should not contain material of which you are not the copyright owner and of which you do not have intellectual property rights. Avvie will not tolerate submissions that include irrelevant content (such as explicit pictures or messages and the like).

Avvie does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any of the submissions by accommodations. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at your own risk.

When you post information on Avvie you also permit that other users will use the information you provide about your accommodation according to the rules of Avvie.

 

Avvie may edit, move, or delete any content

We may edit, move, or delete any content in the Avvie directory (including content that you have provided) or terminate all or part of the directory without notice or liability for any reason at our sole discretion.

Termination of your accommodation (or parts of the material) out of the directory occurs in the following cases:

• You have submitted material that does not conform to the overall terms of Avvie.
• The accommodation you have submitted is not privately owned, does not fit any of the categories listed on the site, or belongs to a chain
• The submission does not meet quality standards, or ignores the tips given for descriptions and keywords
• The photo area is used for other images than that of your accommodation (e.g. advertising, or irrelevant pictures)

 

Privacy policy

Generally all information you submit to Avvie that will appear in the directory will be considered to be non-confidential and made public.

Avvie may send you e-mails regarding special offers available or other useful information. If you do no wish to receive these emails, you may send us an email asking not to receive emails.

Avvie may use cookies, information from the site that is stored on your hard drive.

Avvie uses the payment service provider “PayPal” and therefore, when paying for the services Avvie provides the terms and conditions of PayPal apply. Check http://www.paypal.com for details.

 

Indemnity
