Is basic listing really free?

Yes, it is, no strings attached. You can enter all your details, photos, etc and will be able to receive email requests from guests interested in your accommodation. 

Why pay for a premium listing if the basic one is free?

Premium listings are on top of the list. So, if there are many accommodations listed in your location, then the premium listing will put you before all those listed with a basic listing. Moreover, you will be able to show large pictures to your guests, and you will get a direct link to your own website.

Where is my new listing?

A new listing appears after 24 hours under your country/state/city. If it does not, please contact Avvie.

Are listings automatically renewed?

No. You decide whether you want to extend your listing and pay for it through PayPal. There are no automatic renewals or payments. You will get a reminder when your listing is about to expire. Then it is up to you.

Do I pay commissions?

No. You get a listing on Avvie against a flat rate per year. No other costs involved. Typically with a booking of just a couple of nights your listing is paid for for the entire year.

I cannot pay for my listing, since PayPal is not supported in my country.

You can check on PayPal in which countries it is an accepted method of payment. If your country is not listed here, you can still sign up for a basic listing, which is for free.
