I rent this studio only to nonsmokers who understand the meaning of 125V and 1000W. The apartments are without any luxury and everything else than perfect, and it is well possible that sometimes something does not work. There is a PC and from a neighbour we get WiFi, but it also does not work all the time. Up to the apartment there are about 100 steps to climb. Price for 1 person 30 €/night, from the 6th night only 15 €/night. Every extra person 10 €/night. Maximum 3 persons, with 2 persons it will be narrow. (Atico 2 is 10 Euro more per night, maximum 4 persons.) Example: Atico 1 for 7 nights for 2 persons: 5x30 + 2x15 + 1x7x10 = 250 Euro.
Minimum stay 3 nights, 5 over public holidays.
