This particular aparmtent is 42m2 and has a terrace that looks onto the garden. There is a double bed in the bedroom (190x150cm), bathroom and in the living room there´s a double sofa bed (190x140cm), and a little area for cooking. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2004. With broadband internet connection ADSL (WI-FI).
Location: The Villa is located on Calle Jerico, out of the main part of the city but with easy access to the centre by bus or metro and only 15min. from Plaza Catalunya.
